We host and operate our website through the service provider Wix.com Ltd. (Wix), Tel Aviv, Israel. The domain is registered with nic.at GmbH, Salzburg. Wix provides the technical platform, infrastructure, and optional additional services (e.g., appointment bookings).
Whenever the website is accessed, server log data is automatically processed (e.g., IP address, date/time, accessed pages/files, referrer URL, browser/device, HTTP status code). This processing serves to deliver the website and ensure stability and IT security.

You can request or book appointments via our website (e.g., via Wix Bookings). In doing so, we process the data you enter (e.g., name, contact information, preferred date, content of the inquiry) for the planning and execution of the service.

6) Recipients of Personal Data & Data Processing
We transfer personal data to third parties only as far as necessary for the stated purposes. This includes, in particular, IT/hosting service providers (e.g., Wix) and, if required, supporting providers (e.g., email/communication services). We conclude contracts with processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
7) Data Transfer to Third Countries
Wix is a service provider based in Israel. Insofar as personal data is transferred to Wix in Israel in individual cases, this is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission for Israel pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Furthermore, Wix may store data on globally distributed servers (including in the EU and the USA); the required protective mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied. 8) General Storage Periods
Unless otherwise stated above, we delete or anonymize personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the respective purposes. Statutory retention obligations may apply as an exception.
9) Your Rights
Within the framework of legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to certain processing activities. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
10) Right to Lodge a Complaint

In the context of appointment bookings and inquiries, certain information is required so that we can process your request or provide the service. Without this information, processing is not possible.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR), e.g., encryption (TLS/SSL), access restrictions, and backups.
13) Changes to this Privacy Policy
